In response to the closure of DOWCO’s Manitowoc Plant, the company is actively preparing to host a job fair scheduled for November 14th. The primary objective is to assist their dedicated employees in exploring new employment opportunities within the Manitowoc County community. Acknowledging the crucial need for ensuring a seamless transition for their valued team members, DOWCO is pleased to introduce the DOWCO Employee Job Fair.
This event serves as a crucial link that connects their highly skilled workforce with local enterprises seeking experienced professionals. Manitowoc County businesses and organizations are invited to participate in this initiative, providing DOWCO employees with the chance to continue their professional journeys, make meaningful contributions to the community, and flourish in their careers.
DOWCO is inviting Manitowoc Businesses to register for their Employee Job Fair. This event will serve as a unique opportunity to meet and hire from a pool of 53 experienced employees across various fields including manufacturing, engineering, management, human resources, administration, and more. Please keep in mind, these employees are currently first shift workers. DOWCO kindly requests that participating employers refrain from offering employees a start date before production ceases in mid-December.

Registration and Booth Information: Registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis and based on space availability. We can accommodate up to 25 businesses/booths.
