Turn Your Idea into a Plan this Spring

Progress Lakeshore has teamed up with UW Green Bay’s SBDC Entrepreneurial Training Program to offer you invaluable assistance in crafting a comprehensive strategy for a successful and profitable business venture. Throughout this program, you will acquire the skills to identify your target market, assess their requirements, and utilize this valuable insight to create a practical and viable plan for launching or expanding your business.

You will learn to:

  • Organize and better manage your business.
  • Identify opportunities and market your business.
  • Understand financials: costs, revenue streams, profit margins, and cash flow for your business.
  • Learn the process to obtain funding for your business.
  • Complete a business plan or workbook that can become the foundation for a full business plan.
  • Connect with other entrepreneurs.
  • Develop a network of small business support services.
  • Receive confidential one-on-one consulting

Through instruction and guest speakers, the course serves those entrepreneurs who are considering starting a business, owners of existing businesses who want to get a handle on all the details, and those owners with successful companies who want to grow.
